Food and treats are included along with anything your dog may need while in our care. However, feel free to send us a message through your Time To Pet profile or text us at 269-297-0231 if you have any specific product questions. If you would like to bring any blankets, beds, or toys that are familiar to your pet, that is absolutely fine! Please keep your own inventory at pick up and we can not guarantee the survival of anything stuffed.

Yes, there is a $10 puppy fee added daily. 

No, we do not have any breed restrictions. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes as long as they are up to date on vaccines, not aggressive towards children and other dogs, and neutered/spayed. We understand some dogs are territorial and dominant, this is not the same as aggressive. Please create an account to schedule a meet and greet. Honesty about your dog's behavior will allow us to provide more personalized care for them and keep everyone happy and safe. We do not shy away high needs breeds. We simply need to be prepared for them.

If your dog gets sick while in our care we will immediately contact you. If needed, your dog will be brought to the nearest available veterinary clinic. We will also provide updates on your dog's condition and follow any instructions from the vet. 

In the event your pet experiences a medical event or emergency and you, or your emergency contact, cannot be reached in a timely manner, you give us the authorization to seek medical attention from the veterinary facility of our choosing, and to make decisions on treatment recommendations from the attending veterinarian(s). You authorize the release of your pet’s medical records from their regular veterinarian to aid in their care. Costs will be incurred for the medical assessment and care of your pet, and you accept full financial responsibility for such costs. See “Third-Party Expenses” for more information. We will always seek action to protect the life and well being of your dog. 

If you would prefer to not pay by card via your Time To Pet profile, you can pay by cash, check, or Venmo. Please list your invoice # received on your check or with your Venmo payment. See the bottom of our website for further information on check, Venmo, and card payments.
