To enroll your dog in Dog's Day Boarding please reach out to us to schedule your meet and greet or overnight stay. We will acquire all information from you at check-in.

When dropping off your pet please bring with you any food or medication that they may need. We are able to feed them for you using Purina Pro Smallbites for an extra charge. Please see our add on section for food pricing. Otherwise, we have all necessary supplies (bowls, beds, leashes, treats, toys, etc.). However, we encourage you to bring any personal items that will bring comfort to your dog.
Yes, we would love to watch your puppy! Our puppy fees are a slightly different. Please see pricing section on our website.
No, there is no cancellation fee.
No, we do not have any breed restrictions. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes as long as they are up to date on vaccines, friendly and well-behaved (not aggressive) around other dogs, people, and children. We understand some dogs are territorial and dominant. This is expected so please call us if us you have questions about whether or not we can take your dog and to schedule a meet and greet.
If your dog gets sick while in our care we will immediately contact you. If needed, your dog will be brought to the nearest available veterinary clinic. We will also provide updates on your dog's condition and follow any instructions from the vet.
In a circumstance where we are unable to get a hold of you during an emergency we will make our best determination based on your dogs needs, and the emergency information you provide us at drop-off. If care is needed, you will be held responsible for all expenses needed at that time. In a situation where we are required to make costly or life saving decisions Dog's Day and staff are not to be held liable for any outcome due to any rare or undesirable situation. You may waive our ability to make decisions on your pets behalf, or provide general emergency instructions, at drop-off.
We can accept venmo or cash. Full payment is requested at drop off.
